PurposeFlow may collect information you choose to provide through the Process Opportunity Check, contact forms, email, or direct conversations. This may include your name, organization, role, contact details, process description, workload information, operational concerns, and requested next steps.
Why information is collected
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, review a process opportunity, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal, support an agreed engagement, maintain business records, and meet legitimate legal or administrative requirements.
Website analytics and cookies
With your permission, PurposeFlow uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and whether visitors use features such as the brand video, case study, Process Opportunity Check, and contact form. Analytics is not activated until you accept it. PurposeFlow does not send names, email addresses, organizations, messages, or form answers to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time through the website’s Privacy settings control.
Access and appropriate sharing
Information is accessed only by PurposeFlow and people who reasonably need it to respond or support an approved engagement. Where delivery partners are approved for a specific engagement, relevant information may be shared with them only to the extent needed for that work.
Sensitive information
Please do not submit unnecessary confidential, personal, regulated, or otherwise sensitive information through an initial website form. Detailed information requirements and safeguards should be agreed before project work begins.
Retention
Information may be retained only as reasonably necessary for legitimate business communication, recordkeeping, an agreed engagement, or legal purposes.
Your requests
